Monica's passion for dance was ignited in her childhood, where she immersed herself in tap, ballet, and modern dance classes. Although her active participation in dance eventually ceased, her unwavering love for the Arts persisted. This enduring enthusiasm was passed down to her two talented children, who embraced their mother's passion and joined a competitive dance program.

For the past fourteen years, Monica has been a dedicated dance mom, ardently supporting her children at every competition and recital. Her commitment and enthusiasm for the dance community have been evident through her consistent presence and encouragement.

Driven by a lifelong aspiration, Monica has now fulfilled her dream of founding a dance convention. Leveraging her deep passion for the Arts, coupled with her exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, she is poised to ensure the success of the Encore Dance Challenge. Monica's vision and dedication position her to make a significant impact in the dance world, bringing together a vibrant community of dancers and enthusiasts.
